Pilates Group Training

Pilates Group training focuses on the core stabilization techniques and progressive unified body movements that comprise Pilates mat-work.  Training sessions will take place in groups of 4 - 8 participants.  Groups will meet for one hour, once a week.  Each training Package includes four consecutive sessions.  This small group size allows for hands-on instruction, correction, and feedback.  Pilates Group Training is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.  No prior knowledge of Pilates mat-work is required.

Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Aerobics Studio.

Group Barbell Training Arrives at LTC!


Now LTC is offering one of the hottest new trends in group fitness programming...
With motivating music, group camaraderie and expert supervision, this program is sure to develop strength gains like none other. Each participant uses a set of specially designed barbells which can be adjusted to carry anything from 5 to 83 pounds. The program appeals to both men and women, novice and experienced exercisers. It is easy to follow and guaranteed to develop muscular strength and endurance, bone density and fat-burning muscle mass. The program will be offered in 2 formats. Barbell training will consist of muscle conditioning only, while Pump and Burn will integrate cardio intervals using the step. The classes are free to members and are conducted in Aerobics Studio.
