Pilates Group Training |

Pilates
Group training focuses on the core stabilization techniques and progressive
unified body movements that comprise Pilates mat-work. Training sessions will take place in groups of 4 - 8 participants. Groups
will meet for one hour, once a week.
Each training Package includes four consecutive sessions. This small group size allows for hands-on
instruction, correction, and feedback.
Pilates Group Training is appropriate for all ages and fitness
levels. No prior knowledge of Pilates
mat-work is required.
Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Aerobics Studio.Sign up at the Sports Desk, or contact Deb at extension 229. |
